Resin Art now live on Ko-Fi!
Here’s a peek at all the goodies now live in my Ko-Fi shop! There’s a little something for everybody, from earrings, to pendants, to shaker charms and trinket trays! I’ve also just opened up Commissions for Resin Art, so if you’re interested in picking up a custom piece, now is the time!

Mushroom Goddess
This piece was inspired by a silicone mold I wanted to buy, but the exorbitant postage costs put out of my budget! It was created for tinykatcreative’s TKHallows2021 Art Challenge, and the prompt was “mushroom”. I’m starting to explore more traditional methods of painting – I’m finding my interest in fluid art is waning. I

Winter Wolf
Here’s a piece I created for @tinykatcreative’s #TKHallows2021 art challenge! The prompt was “Wolf”. I wanted to create a howling wolf, with a puff of steam coming from his mouth. I used my fluid art techniques for the puff of steam, and painted the wolf with acrylic paints. I’m so proud of this one –

Succubus
I’m participating in tinykatcreative’s art challenge for October. The prompt for Day 16 is “Succubus”, and this is my entry for it!

The Ouija Board
One of my resin friends on Instagram created a Ouija board and I just missed out on purchasing it. I decided to try and recreate it with acrylic paint… and this was the result! What do you think?

A foray into resin!
I’ve started to play around with resin and I’m obsessed with creating all the things! Here’s a coffin I did with a little raven sticker insert… what do you think?

Witch’s Brew
I’m taking part in @tinykatcreative’s #TKHallows2021 Art Challenge and this was my submission for the day 6 prompt “Witch”! These 4″ tiles remind me of bubbling cauldrons! What concoction do you think is brewing?

Something’s Brewing
This digital illustration is now available via my Redbubble store, and is also available as a downloadable colouring in page via my Ko-Fi!

The Jolly Pumpkin
The Jolly Pumpkin is the first of my mixed media illustrations that I’ll be sharing with you this spooky season! I drew the Jack-O-Lantern shape and coloured it using one of my fluid art paintings. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Cascading Death
Here’s a spooky coffin I painted with a sunset-inspired colour palette! 🙂

My first attempts with resin!
I’ve just started playing around with resin and decided to share an IGTV video of the demolding of these pieces! Let me know what you think!

The Terror Pumpkin | Sunset colourway
Here’s a Jack-O-Lantern I created as a part of a bigger project, which I’ll share soon. My dad cut out the pumpkin shape from MDF, then I did the acrylic pour over the top, and then I added the Jack-O-Lantern face with glow in the dark vinyl using my Cricut machine. If you’re into process

Autumn Has Arrived | Set 1
Halloween posting has well and truly begun over on my Instagram! This coaster set was inspired by the colours of Autumn. Head over to my Instagram for more creepy, spoopy and colourful content!

Autumn Has Arrived
The Halloween season has officially begun over on my Instagram. Here’s my first post of the season with a suitably Fall/Autumn-themed colour palette. <3

Finding inspiration in the strangest of places…
This painting earned quite a bit of love on Instagram. I dreamed up the colour palette while watching my husband play video games! Where’s the strangest place you’ve found inspiration?

Blue Jeans
Someone called this painting sophisticated and it made me really happy. I’ve never considered my work as “sophisticated” before.

Oceans Reach
Here’s the full painting from yesterday’s close-up pic! Just look at that shine in the sunlight!

Oceans Reach | close up
Remember my recent painting on the dark background? This is its white counterpart – which do you prefer?

Ocean’s Grasp | close up
Here’s some close-up details from yesterday’s painting 🙂

Ocean’s Grasp
I’ve been creating SheleeArt Blooms almost exclusively lately. I like to try every colour combination out on a white base and a dark base – I just love the dark base sometimes… but the white version of this might just be my favourite. I’ll share that with you tomorrow! <3

Amazonia
My Instagram engagement has been really low on my last couple of posts, so any love you can give on my latest post would be greatly appreciated!

Please help me name this painting!
A name escapes me for this piece. Do you have a suggestion?

Do you ilke a surprise?
Did you know that I sell lucky dips over in my Ko-Fi shop? I have a huge range of fluid art pendants and earrings, and when I’ve sold them at markets I’ve seen people struggle to choose a design! I decided to make the decision a little bit easier by leaving it up to chance!

Comus | coming to Redbubble
I’m so in love with how this piece turned out! It’s going to go up on Redbubble really soon <3

Coaster sets coming!
Here’s an example of a design that will be made into a coaster! I’ve been creating sets of 4 similar designs, and once they’ve got a cork backing and a coat of resin, they’ll be added to my Ko-Fi shop! I’m pretty excited to see how these do! 🙂

The Luna Moth
I decided this fluid art painting needed a little something more. I loved the colours but it was just… lacking something. One day the idea popped into my head to try a Luna Moth, so I did. What do you think?

Windswept
I thought I’d share the painting from my previous post about Redbubble! I just realised that I had pinning to Pinterest turned off, so I’d really appreciate it if you could visit the link and pin my art to help me spread the word! <3

Windswept | new to Redbubble
I just uploaded four new designs to my Redbubble shop, including this one! It’s available on a huge range of products, including some new ones! Visit the link to go to my store 🙂 r

Spores | dry reveal
I’ve gotten back into Dutch pours in a big way, and I’m especially proud of this one. For those that aren’t familar with fluid art, a Dutch pour is made with a hair dryer. I’ll be sharing a process video of this on Instagram on Saturday!

A new style
I’m experimenting with a new style here and would love to know your thoughts. If you head over to the original IG post, you’ll see some more pictures of this piece including a close-up, and another where the iridescent pigments in this piece positively shine <3

Spores | sneak peek
I don’t usually like to share wet finish pictures of my work (a lot can happen while they’re drying) but piece is now dry and I can confirm that it is just as perfect as it was when it was first made 🙂 This was posted for Day 9 of the All About the Artist

Debris Field
This one didn’t quite turn out like I expected it to, but those colourful cells were good enough for me to keep it. Do you think this one is a keeper?

Bloom progress!
It’s that time again to share some progress with learning the Bloom technique. Check out my Instagram post for more, including the set that this one came from. What do you think of this piece?

Loveslide
This piece is for the pink lovers! I used about 7 different shades of pink, and it turned out super bright!

Darumas are True | Tropics colourway
I forgot to share this colourway of my Daruma here! I have one more to go which I’ll share soon 🙂 Until then you can see the full series over on Instagram!

Supporting others

Hot Mess
This one received a lot of love on Instagram! I was experimenting with one technique and failed – but by playing around and not giving up, I ended up with this!

Darumas are True | Toxic colourway
Here’s the next piece in my “Darumas are True” series!

Join the All about the Artist Challenge!
Here’s a look at one of the bonus story templates I’ve included as a part of the All About the Artist Instagram posting challenge I’m hosting in August! While the purpose of the challenge is to let your following get to know you a little better, I also wanted an opportunity for you to spread

Aurora | Close Up
I’ve received a few different comments from friends saying that they see different things in this painting. So what do you see?

Darumas are True | Sway colourway
Here’s the next Daruma in my “Darumas are True” series! When I was deciding in how to colour my Darumas, the original idea was just to use colour palettes inspired by my paintings. I then decided to use a painting as the backdrop for the drawing, with the Daruma in black and white. I thought

Bloom progress!
I made a set of coasters in that Monarch Butterfly colour palette before advancing to the 6 inch canvas. The black areas are a little messy in some of these, so they’re less than perfect, but they’re a step in the right direction on my Bloom Journey.

Atomic
This is the piece that I used to colour my first Daruma drawing! It’s called “Atomic”, and its actually available for sale on my Ko-Fi shop right now! “Atomic” $35 This is an original hand painted artwork by Lauren Clark. Canvas measures 22x30cm (9×12″).

Darumas are True | Atomic colourway
Here is the first of my “Darumas are True” mixed media illustrations! This piece has been illustrated by me, and I’ve used one of my fluid art paintings as the colour for it. This concept started with just using colour palettes inspired by my paintings, but I eventually settled on using the actual paintings to

Join the All about the Artist Challenge!
I’ve created an Instagram posting challenge for August, targeted at Artists of ALL TYPES! I designed this challenge to allow your following to learn more about you as an Artist. It’ll paint the picture of the type of artist you are, who and what inspires you, and how you create your unique pieces. There’s plenty

The Triple Goddess
This mini canvas started out life as a fluid art pour, but I decided to add an extra embellishment on top just to give it something extra. I’ve got this piece as well as a large range of other embellished mini canvases for sale in my Ko-Fi shop! If I don’t currently ship to your

Bloom progress!
I’ve recently been practicing the SheleeArt Bloom technique, which is a complicated and crazy technique to learn and perfect. Here’s my progress with it… I’m currently working on 4×4 inch tiles, and will progress to larger canvases once I’ve got it down. I’ve got a long way to go but I’m happy with my progress

Say hello to the moon 🙂
Here’s the dried result of the piece I shared yesterday 🙂 I couldn’t crop the little moon out of the background <3

This week’s Ko-Fi downloadable is live!
This week’s Ko-Fi downloadable is a wallpaper for your phone or PC! It features one of my recent fluid art designs and this picture was taken while the design was still wet, and the colours were at their most vibrant! If you’d like to gain access to downloadables such as this, please consider supporting me

When Oceans Meet
I recently had a 40% off sale on my Etsy shop prior to moving all my listings over to Ko-Fi. The hope was that I’d clear some stock to make the move a bit easier, but unfortunately I only made 3 sales. Initially, I was devastated that I didn’t sell more, because it creates a

Downloadable content @ Ko-Fi
This week’s Ko-Fi downloadable piece is another phone wallpaper. It’s another of my fluid art designs, with the picture taken while it was still wet and the colours were as vibrant as could be! If you’d like to gain access to exclusive downloadable content like this, please consider following and supporting me on Ko-Fi.com. 🙂

Gills
Here’s the full shot of my “Gills” painting! This definitely wasn’t the look I was going for, but I kinda like it 🙂

Amoeba
I’ve been using this colour palette on a range of techniques, and am loving the results I’m getting! This particular piece is available as a downloadable wallpaper on my Ko-Fi, for paid supporters. If you’d be interested in seeing more content like this, head over to Ko-Fi and give me a follow!

Space Frog | Close Up
My favourite thing about fluid art is that you can get so many cool little details, and what you get is almost totally out of your control! I’m a bit of a control freak in life, so it’s good to let go in this area of life 🙂

Space Frog
A friend said that this looks like a frog in space and I can’t unsee it now!

Don’t give up!
It’s time to share something really special with you… In December of last year I paid for the course to learn the SheleeArt Bloom technique. I did the course, bought the closest supplies to what was specified as I could, and gave it a go thinking, “how hard can it be?” Famous last words! Unfortunately

Sneak peeks @ Ko-Fi.com
Did you know I share sneak peeks of my paintings while they’re still wet over on Ko-Fi? I’ll also be adding some bonus content such as downloadables, so if you’re not following me there, head on over…

Sneak peek | Darumas are True
Here’s a peek at a new project I’ve been working on. Whilst I took a break from painting, I actually returned to my iPad and did some drawing! This little piece is a repeat pattern, and comes in a few colour variations. Fair warning – you’re going to see a lot of these guys in

Topography
“Topography” is available in my RedBubble shop to purchase on a huge range of products. If you love this design just as much as I do, then check it out on RedBubble – I’ve linked it here for you 🙂

Galaxy Flower
This piece was created almost a whole year ago but has finally made it to my Etsy store.

Coastal
“Coastal” has a beachy feel to it, and the gorgeous shimmer of bronze paint.

Coastal | closeup
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a close-up of a painting! This one has bronze paint running through it, which means it lights up in the sunlight!

Big Bang
This piece has subtle touches of gold paint hiding within the splashes of bright colour. It’s a real beauty to look at in the light <3

Matching pendant and earrings
This matching pendant and earrings is part of my jumbo prize pack being given away on my Instagram account. My fluid art jewellery is made with the run-off from my acrylic pours. Due to that fact, each piece is truly unique! While I don’t currently have any fluid art jewellery available for sale, I’ll soon

Pastel Tide
I just uploaded a bunch of new designs to my Etsy store, including this piece! All of my pieces are varnished and ready to ship.

Moon | Before
Here’s a little Crescent Moon I did some fluid art on – I’ll be embellishing this one further with polymer clay, which I’ll share when it’s complete!

Parting the Seas | Close up
Here’s a little close-up of the details on my latest painting, “Parting the Seas”.

Parting the Seas
This will forever be my favourite technique. I’ve done so many paintings like this this month in all different colours, but I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of it. Just look at those details!

Stickers now available on Ko-Fi!
I’ve just moved all of my Stickers and Postcards over to my Ko-Fi shop! This is one of a bunch of sticker designs available for sale, for just $1!

My Favourite Murder | Karen Kilgariff
The My Favourite Murder duo wouldn’t be complete without Karen Kilgariff. She’s my favourite of the two because I find her the most relatable, and I love her sharp-edged humour. This piece is also available on my RedBubble to order on a huge range of products – shop link is tagged!

My Favourite Murder | Georgia Hardstark
Are you a True Crime fan? The first True Crime Podcast I ever listened to was My Favourite Murder, and so I wanted to do a bit of a tribute to that. Here’s my illustration of Georgia Hardstark, which is available to purchase on a variety of products at RedBubble.com.

By the Light of the Moon
Here’s a little something different for me. Although I mostly do acrylic pouring, I also do the occasional acrylic painting with actual paint brushes! When it comes to creating original paintings, I’m usually a bit of a snail. I created this piece back in February, and haven’t picked up a paintbrush since. But when it

Hellions | new to RedBubble
I’ve just uploaded a bunch of new Fluid Art designs and digital illustations to my RedBubble shop, and this is one of them. “Hellions” can be ordered on a wide range of products, including clothing, homewares and stationery! I actually want to see this one printed on a scarf!

Space Waves
I’ve updated my logo and my banners across all my Social Media, and decided to share the painting that was used in the graphics. This is “Space Waves”. What I realised was that my branding wasn’t consistent, as every single platform had a different banner! Now it’s now all uniform. 🙂 What do you think

Croc
This piece seems to be one where everyone sees something different… what do you see?

Embrace | Close up
This piece has lots of gold paint and positively shines in the sunlight! Click the link to watch the creation Reel on my Instagram account 🙂

Skeletal Wings
Hey creatives – I have a question. Do you use Ko-Fi? If you do, how does it work for you? Do you have many followers? What kind of content do you post? I’ve linked my Ko-Fi which I’m having trouble getting off the ground. Any feedback or advice (and shares) you can provide would be

Laguna
Here’s a small round canvas I created recently. After discovering this bright green, I now want to use it in everything!

Midnight Waves
This piece was a real hit on Instagram! It’s a dutch pour I made using paynes gray and white, and it has little subtle pops of gold. I’ll post a close-up next!

Plesiosaur
I’m so pleased with how this piece turned out! A friend of mine said she saw a prehistoric underwater creature in this one, so I’ve decided to name it ‘Plesiosaur’. Click the link to watch the Reel that shows how this piece was created!

Bioelectrogenesis
I shared a close-up of this piece a short while ago, but realised that I never shared the full image with you! This piece is called “Bioelectrogenesis”.

Spinning Thoughts | new to RedBubble
Just showing off my new banner style for announcing new RedBubble designs! I’ll be using a similar version on Pinterest as well. What do you think?

Surface of the Sea
I created this piece using a silicone funnel. I love this particular technique because it causes soft transitions between the colours, and you can also get cells. I’ve named this piece “Surface of the Sea” because I see reflections on the surface of water.

Dissonance
My new favourite technique! I just want to try it in all the colour palettes. To make this piece I pour my layered paint cup down the side of a dessert cup. It creates such unique patterns!

Combing and Tornado
Here’s a duo of paintings using the same technique, but layering the paints differently. This is my favourite colour palette at the moment!

Milo the Dalmatian
Here’s a digital illustration of my Dalmatian, Milo. My husband woke one morning to Milo standing over him, giving him this “hurry up and get out of bed” expression. I knew immediately that I had to turn him into an illustration! This design is uploaded on my RedBubble account, which I’m hoping to grow this

Space Grub
I thought you might like to see the painting from my last post in its entirety… so here it is!

Downloadable content @ Ko-Fi
I’ve started sharing downloadable content on my Ko-Fi for paid supporters, and this is the first piece I’ve shared! You can now download my “Amoeba” painting as a phone or PC wallpaper! I’ll be uploading content like this every Monday, so be sure to head over and give me a follow if you’re interested downloading

Gills | close up
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a close up with you guys! This is a close look at “Gills”, which is an 8 inch round canvas.

Weblike
Here’s one of the smallest pieces I’ve created! This mini canvas measures 9x7cms, and it is a personal challenge for me to put as much detail on a tiny space as possible! I offer these mini canvases as a gift with purchase when you spend over $75 in my Etsy shop 🙂

My giveaway is now LIVE! I am offering up a $100 prize pack and anyone in the world can win! Head over to my Instagram to enter now!

I also make jewellery with the leftover paint from my pours! Here is a pair of earrings that I will be offering for sale in my Ko-Fi shop really soon!
