As long as you choose a rich-tasting plant milk (like the almond milk I suggest), you end up with a delicately flavoured, satisfying and creamy dessert. Rice pudding is an absolute favourite for both of my daughters, and they were always pestering me to buy the terrible tinned stuff, so I thought – time to knock up my own recipe!
